I suppose that it fixed DTS or AC3 option ;)
If you check REMUX WHEN AC3, it means audio is not reencoded and played as is(channel ordering bug in encoding process eliminated)
If your audio is displayed as 2channel PCM on PS3 then I suppose that audio is in reality DTS which is encapsulated to 2ch LPCM stream to fool PS3 because it doesn't support DTS when video is streamed via network or from XMB(license restrictions). It means audio is not reencoded again = it plays with good channel ordering

I'm running the PS3 with an optical cable into the amp. I am also having the centre speaker coming out of the right speaker. I have "Keep DTS Audio in stream" ticked running the latest revision (339). This is happening on a .ISO file of a DVD Movie.

I will try and test some MKV 5.1 files.

Cheers.
