Info delay ffmpeg

I notice that when audio track is muxed in mkv with delay mencored work correctly (audio is sincronized) while tsmuxer is not sincronized. I'd like know if is possible in debug log see what is delay that mencoder use (set). I don't know software that are able to mostrate delay set after mkv is created. This is important for me because many time i create a new (correct without delay) audio track.
