Intel Atom N280 - will it run 720 or even 1080p?

hi im thinking of getting a netbook but just wanted to see if anyone know if a Intel Atom N280 will be able to handle 720 or even 1080p, ill have the laptop wired for most of its time and deffentatly when streaming.
the notebook im looking at is

May be OK for 720p, you might struggle with 1080 though. You could always pre-convert your MKV's, you can stream them with pretty much anything then ;)

thx for the quick reply :) .. know my old dell xps laptop want run 1080p so thought it was a long shot, but then again my laptop is almost totally dead in the water these days and why i was thinking of getting A CHEAP replacment hehe. may have a look into converting them then thx

i have a netbook with Atom270. it can play 720p pretty well, with vlc (which adds subtitles without reencoding), but that's about as much as it can do.
if you add transcoding, there's no way it can handle it.
1080p is not even playable on it, so i would say forget it, it's not good for a media server at all.
