"There are no tracks that can be copied"

Okay, I'm a verified newb who stumble upon this cool app.
I installed it on my PC and the PS3 sees all the folders, but it won't stream or copy any video or audio files. It either says "There are no tracks" or when I try to copy a file to the PS3 is says "There are no tracks that can be copied." Also it doesn't seem to detect .jpg or .png files...
And then I see "#--Transcoded--#" on some folders.

What do all these things mean, in simple terms, I beg you. All of you seem like coders!!!

Make sure you're in the right section of the XMB for the type of media you're trying to view/copy.
