Audio not sync after a while

Postby Dekay » Sun Apr 19, 2009 1:43 pm

When I stream files from my 360 to my TV, the audio is not sync after a while. When I just start streaming a movie, everything is fine. But the longer I watch a movie, the less sync the audio will get. In the end it's a couple of seconds. I have no idea why this happens. It doesn't matter which movie I watch, they all do it. They are all .mkv 720p movies.

I run PS3 Media Server on an iMac 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo with 2 GB memory. Everything is wired.

i had the same issue here, i know that the PS3 Media Server is not made for the XBox360 but PS3MS is the best soloution i think ....

btt, my Hardware for the server: Phenom 9950BE, 4GB Ram, Vista64, the network is hardwired

The Problem is the same as postet before, that the Video and the Audio Stream go out of Sync after a while when streaming mkv 720p or 1080p

does anyone have a soloution or tips to fix this? i also tried a lot of settings here ......

I had problems with a/v sync until I set Number of Cores Used for Transcoding to 1 under the general transcoding section.
