DVD ISO multiple title files

all my dvds i ripped into my network harddrive usin anydvd. i was usin popcorn hour to playit. now im going to switch to ps3 media server. but while browsing the movies i can play only one of the title file. cannot play whole movie and movin chapter b and f is disabled. is there any chanse to fix that?
