PMS shows only WMP on desktop but laptop is fine

Hi,
I've seen the reply to this question in the forum however that did not solve my problem. From my desktop on Windows 7 and updated router, no firewalls, I'm seeing only the WMP on PMS. On rare occasions it has shown PS3. The Trace is below:
===================================================================================

Curiously however, I'm able to see PMS at once from my laptop on the same router and network, whose trace is as below:

any help is greatly appreciated. I've checked if any services were missing, or setting in network center, but no difference. However, on the desktop IPv6 shows 'No Internet Access' while on laptop is shows 'Internet'.

Thanks
Kaushal.
