Wrong Files in Folders

Hi everyone, sorry if this has been posted before but I've searched and Google'd to no avail.

I recently bought a Vizio E320i-A0 and am using my pc to stream movies/music to it. I've noticed that once I go past the first few pages of movies, once I pick a movie folder, the move file inside won't be the right one i.e. (Transformers Folder>Batman File). Do I need to make my own conf. file? Thanks for any help.
