Not reading subtitles

Hello

Having issues with subtitles. I have them in the folder with video files. The video files play perfectly fine, but its not reading the .ass files for the videos.

When I run the video on VLC on my PC its able to read the files just fine. I do have .ass files checked in ps3 media server program. So I have no idea whats wrong. No other videos have issues, just this one.

It wont show up on my ps3. Any help would be great.

Please take into account, I am pretty dumb on computer related things, So I can only try and help a little with explaining settings or what ever. Just know I'm not great! I need explanations for dumb people
