Lots of issues lately... (All of the sudden too)

This is my first post here so I definitely appreciate any help as I have already googled a lot and haven't come across many answers. I appreciate any help! I'm going to list all the problems I have been seeing lately first as to give an idea of what I'm running into.

The DLNA errors just seem to come up at random times on the PS3 screen.

So the PS3 Media server has been working like a dream for quite some time now, I would say well over a year. Anyways just recently I started running into issues when trying to play some files. I think the first ones were Naruto Shippuden and now its giving me problems when I try to watch Cowboy Bebop.

The error I'm getting when I try to watch Bebop is : This content cannot be played 800288E1

The other problem I have been having is that I will be watching a movie and it will pause and stop in the randomly and wont pick back up. I will have to shut down the computer and PS3 Media server and re-establish a connection and then get the movie back on. Sometimes it will only start working for like 20-30 minutes and cut out again. This happens across multiple movies, not just one. Never before have I had any of these issues.

What I've done:
Reset router/modem combination, ipconfig released and renewed.
Made sure PS3 was up to date.
Updated PS3 Media server from previous version of 1.54.0 to 1.72.0. These issues were occurring during both versions of media player.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot currently watch anything all the way through without some sort of problems.

Computer is Windows 7 64 bit, tried turning off the firewall and that didn't see to make any difference.

That error says the problem lies with the file, not your network.
MEncoder is in charge of transcoding the movie, but it somehow fails.

If you examine the debug.log, you will see the actual command that PMS uses to transcode your video. You can run that very command on a command line to see if MEncoder returns some specific errors that help you solve the problem.

Well the problem with that is its now giving me the same error I believe on other Cowboy Bebop episodes, particularly other ones that have worked fine in the past and very recently (Within a couple of days).
And how exactly do I run this command on other command lines to see if I can get other errors to pop up or more information?

First scan the debug.log for a line that looks a little like this:

When you have found that line, you will want to turn it into a runnable command line:

• Copy the line from the debug.log to an editor, e.g. Notepad.
• Remove the debug info from the start of the line, up to and including the word "Starting".
• Remove "-quiet" options if you see them.
• Remove "-really-quiet" options if you see them
• Change the "\\.\pipe\..." bit at the end of the line to "output.mpg".

Now you have a command line. Then:

• Open a command shell by opening the Windows start menu, and enter "cmd" in the Search programs box.
• Copy the command line to the command shell by using the right mouse button and selecting "Paste"

This should get you started. Of course you can vary the command line parameters as much as you like, and see if it changes things.

I am also having the exact same issues as Raptor399 mentioned, have reset my router, tried wireless, ethernet cable, nothing seems to work. Have googled it, can't find what the issue is, read some where, it might be related 2 the new java update, gonna try that and see if solves it, will let you guys know anyways, if anybody have the solution will be appreciated.
