Cannot Connect

I Know this is a FAQ but I tried everything I could find and I just can't get it to work. I have a sraight modem not router, connected to a wired linksys router, out to my pc on one port and out to a linksys switch (not router) on another port and then to my ps3 and my xbox 360. I had this config with a different router at the old place and it worked fine (same pc, switch etc.) I have enabled UPNP on the router and on ps3 (ps3 says not available). Before it just auto dected everything. here is what it says.
