ps3 streaming spotify help

hello i downloaded this program lastnight specifically to stream spotify through the ps3 (tv speakers are a million times better than the computers) i was told that if i go to the web.conf file and under # audio streams i copy and paste this code: audiostream.Web,Radio=Spotify,http://localhost:8124,http://cf.scdn.co/i/press/logotype/spotify-logo-96x96-no-tagline.png

i then saved the file (with great difficulty) and restarted spotify pms and my ps3 i can easily view most things on my computer's hdd but there is nothing about a web folder which radio's and spotify is apparently in but the folder just doesnt show up! im really confused
