PS3 not detecting PS3MS

yesterday i logged into the PS store to see if there were any new demos, and i was met w/a msg telling me i needed to update. i had just finished watching The Master, through the PS3MS and all was well. I did the update and tried to watch something today through the PS3MS and the status was a big red X, i couldn't get it to display the big green check mark, so i updated the PS3MS, reset PC and PS3, tried to reconnect and now my PS3 can't find the PS3MS. anyone else have this problem?

I have both an xbox and ps3 and i seem to of had the problems you are having, if your running PMS from a windows machine try the troubleshooting guide i linked up to in the post i just submitted. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=16401

turn off your firewall or tick the firewall option (show me when a program is blocked) its a good chance thats your issue.
