audio restarts of fast forwarding or jumping ahead on video

Hello have looked for this problem but wither its not there aor Im searching wrongly.
What happens is if Im watching a transcoded video and I fast forward or jump ahead (10-50minutes it doesnt matter how long) the audio jumps back to the start of the video.
Anyone else had this issue and how is it resolved
