PMS on my Samsung TV

Hi,
I have running PS3 Media Server with my Samsung Smart TV and everything is working perfectly except for one thing, Subtitles.
When the MKV file is including the subtitle I can not get it to show on the Samsung TV. If I add a srt file it will still not work.
It only works if the MKV file is not including any subtitle and I have added a srt file.

Would be great if someone could help me with getting it to work with the included subtitle in the MKV file or with srt file at all times.
