PMS 1.72 Will Not Open / Start

Hello,

First, thank you for an awesome media server! I've been using for several years, and have loved it every minute. However, after recently updating to version 1.72 PMS will no longer open. I tried a full uninstall, deleted all left behind folder, registry keys, etc. Reinstalled, same issue. If I reboot my PC and fire up task manager right away, I can see that PMS.exe does auto-start, but soon disappears. If I try to open the program, nothing happens at all. The Win 7 icon does the "spin" thing like it's thinking for a moment, then nothing.

Any insight is greatly appreciated. I love PMS!

I just found other similar posts, and link to the FAQ / troubleshooting steps. Sorry for the double post, I will try the troubleshooting steps and report back.
