PMSEncoder Web Stream cant change FFMPEG settings

Hi there, I have ran in to a problem, a device that I have does not support the transcoding of FFMPEG's current settings, so I tried changing them, but noticed that in the transcoding settings menu for web streams, it says there are no settings available, how would one go to change FFMPEG's web stream settings, for example, its constantly set to "ntsc-dvd" I would like to change it to "pal-dvd".

EDIT: I should mention, non-streams, as in, video files work perfectly.
