MKV skips ahead after a few minutes

Hi,

I am using PS3 Media Server 1.72 and Java 7.11. When watching movies (mkv 720p and/or 1080p) on the PS3 the movie skips ahead after watching ~10 minutes. It skips like ~15 minutes in without warning. If I fast forward past the point where it skips then I can continue watching the movie for ~10 minutes more until the same thing happens.

It's installed on a Windows 7 machine with a C2Q Q6600 and 4GB of memory.

The PS3 is connected to the router via WiFi. The PC is connected to the router via ethernet. I get ~10 Megabytes / sec through the WiFi.

Haven't been a problem before the upgrade to the newest version of PS3 Media Server and/or Java 7.11.

Is this something that you've seen before?

Thanks for that... bah... Java... hate it.

Didn't help increasing the size.

When it starts I can see that something happens with the processes. javaw.exe freezes at 22% CPU load and mencoder.exe*32 freezes at 63% CPU load. And they stay like that even if I shut down the PS3 and close PS3MS. I have to terminate those two processes manually.

Anybody got any ideas why?!
