Adding Australian online radio

Hi,

I just moved out into the sticks and lost my digital signal for the news and I would like to add it to stream via PMS I have added the line to the conf file as follows:

audiostrean.Web,Radio=ABC 774,http://www.abc.net.au/res/streaming/audio/windows/local_melbourne.asx,http://www.abc.net.au/local/global_img/site_footer/worm_small_footer.png

This does not even show up in the menus after I have restarted the PMS. Is there anything I am missing? or can it not handle .asx files?

Any information would be helpful.

Not being in Australa, I haven't tried this myself, but try using:

Tried that thanks but sadly not working, it doesn't even show up in the list.

Just to let you know timmn I went back and checked all the settings and found what you suggest works perfectly. If you notice on my original post I spelt auidostream incorrectly haha.

So any Aussies from Melb area want to get ABC radio working for Bush fire info this works.

as long as you spell it correctly.

You have to remember to get the actual radio playlist file, not the webpage it is on!
