Won't start.....

I clicked on the desktop icon, and NOTHING happens. It was working fine, then now won't start at all. I have deleted it and reinstalled it about four times now, and still it will not load at all. I have looked at the forum's, and can't even find this topuc listed. Please I hope we can get this resolved, as I would like to get back to using this program lol.
