Turn off Thumbnails

I am having trouble with turning thumbnails off. All my videos have a thumbnail for David Guetta nothing but the beat. I would rather have no thubnails then something not releated. I unchecked everything in the settings for thumbnails then tried to save and restart server. When I turn the PS3 back on the thumbnail image keeps showing up.
