Potential bug

I've been a PS3 media server user for a while. Recently, I was forced into re-installing due to computer woes and downloaded version 1.72 from the site. I immediately ran into issues playing MKVs, which I remembered having problems with years ago but not recently.

To make a long story short, it appears that the check box for "Remux videos with tsMuxeR when possible instead of transcoding" went away between 1.72 and 1.70.1. I uninstalled 1.72, installed 1.70.1, and the check box appeared. I unchecked it and can now play MKVs again.

Did I miss something or should I just be happy sticking with 1.70.1?
