what buffer size to use for 16 GB of ram and 3.51 ghz cpu

i have an high power system on wired gb lan and want all my setting to the max. i have 16 gb of ram and a i7 2700k@ 3.51 ghz with an 2 gtx 580 gpu sli. i want to know whats the best buffer size i can use and the heap size and how to change the heap size for windows 7. also will setting Keyint=1:vqscale=1:vqmin=1 be better vs i see lossless set at Keyint=5:vqscale=1:vqmin=1? i want to just get the absolute most my system can deliver. i also have av receiver so i need to know best sound settings. i have hdmi hook to my av and it supports dts and lpcm. please someone that actually knows exactly what to do please help me!!!!!
