CMD.exe return code of 1 - Out of box install of SHB 43

Hi,

I'm having all sorts of problems with getting PMS working correctly with my PS3 and Vista SP2 laptop, Dual core 2Ghz, 4Gb RAM.

At the moment I have been able to watch some apple trailers, I can listen to my iTunes collection and through my channels folder I can see a host of films/TV shows etc, but none of these will play.

I have added some lines into my PMS.conf, and now I'm wondering if I've done more harm than good.
I've reinstalled several times, and I keep getting 2 errors.

ffmpeg.exe has returned a code of 1, Check the error log
cmd.exe has returned a code of 1, check the error log
