PMS Issue - please help

I finally got pms fully setup. On my ps3 I could watch video's in both there default format and transcoded. But on the other hand when it came to streaming to my computers I could only watch if it wasn't transcoded. If I tried watching anything transcoded my media player wouldn't play it, though pms transcoding buffer was active. I was using media monkey as my media player btw.

Can anyone tell me what is causing this and if there's anything that can fix it?
