Unable to switch to 2nd audio track during streaming

This may have been asked before, but for files with multiple language tracks, do I need to set the track I want to hear as prio #1 in Transcoding Settings? I have a file with English and Japanese tracks, and the English one is on by default. I can't seem to change it via the PS3 Audio Options during playback.
