Hello. I recently found this guide to convert my HD movies/tv shows to 60fps. However when I try to stream it using PMS the video is off from the sound. I think it is streaming at 30fps so the video is half of what it is suppose to be. When selecting the video it has [MEncoder]* next to the file. Any help would be great as I would love to watch my media in 60fps.
