Streaming Internet Radio (WEB.conf)

I have been searching online since yesterday, and trying to get this to work, but its not working at all. My goal is to be able to listen to soma.fm internet radio on my ps3 via PMS.

I have modified the WEB.conf file just as the tutorial states, and placed it in the profile directory. But for some reason none of the radio stations show up on my PMS menu on the ps3. All I see are the files I have added.

In the process I have obtained VLC player and the pmsencoder plugin.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have already read all of these tutorials and tips and I understand that I am to place the WEB.conf file in the profile directory. So this is what it should look like, correct?


Am I supposed to keep a copy of the web.conf file in the original location too?

Please disregard my questions. I got it to work. For some reason I just had to start over from scratch and install everything over again and now it works just fine. Thanks for the link
