Audio / video mismatch, no matter what settings...

So I am watching this series, MKV, the first played fine, second is the same file type, encoded the same way, but a few minutes in, Audio / Video de-syncs. I checked it on my PC, it plays fine. I tried every variation of the configs, Fix 23 / 25 FPS mismatch on or off, Alternative on or off, force framerate from FFPmeg, on or off...

This never happened in in 1.50.
