Can't set memory higher than 768MB.

I put it in the .bat file and the service file and all that, but using either or, is 742 restriction. I put it to 1536; I have 64-bit Windows, and 64-bit Java.

If I start with the Bat, it never connects to my Media Player, but says it has 1500MB of RAM to use. Using the .exe works, as for starting with the Service, I install it, but I don't know how to use it.
