PMS Service does not start until after windows login

How do I get PMS Service to start without having to login to Windows.

I run PMS on my Windows Server 2008R2 which usually sits in the windows login screen unless I have to login to do maintenance. My Server does all it's functions in my domain so I know the network is working right but PMS does not show up on my DLNA devices until I login into my Windows Server.
