MP4 issues

Hi,

I am not a techy person, but hopefully someone can help me, I had no issues playing mp4 files but suddenly after I pressed Restart Server I now can't seem to play any MP4 files, even those that I have been able to play beforehand.

I did not change any settings on PMS or on my Sony TV. I have closed and restarted PMS, I have restarted my macbook and I still can't play MP4 files.
