It stucks on the last seconds.

Hi,

All the video files stops on the last 3-5 seconds and I have to reboot the media server to work properly.
The video files are stored on a different HDD (not external).
I have the v1.60 because with the latest version, the same happened but within the FRIST 2-3min...

Ideas?

Are all the files this happens on .mkv files?
After version 1.52.1 something happened either to PMS or to mencoder which is packaged with it. It seems that mencoder jumps to 100% CPU utilization near the end of playback.

There are two ways to "fix" this ... either force close all mencoder instances near the end of each video. Or roll back to version 1.52.1 where this working. Go here to download version 1.52.1 ... https://code.google.com/p/ps3mediaserve ... 1&q=1.52.1

Thanks for narrowing down the problem. If you want this to be fixed, please create an issue report outlining your findings. Directing users to an unsupported version of PMS does nothing to address the issue.
