Issues with Bitdefender 2013 firewall

After much painstaking trial and error, I have identified that my 2104 Protocol errors are coming from my Bitdefender firewall. When disabled, I can stream just fine with no issues. I looked at older threads with older versions of Bitdefender and tried to follow those in a similar fashion, but much to no avail. Can anyone please help me?
