Streaming own3d or twitch

Since you cannot watch these streams on youre ps3 trough the browser.

I have been wondering how can i stream this trough ps3 media server.

I found a lot of information but i didnt understand everything and maybe i missed something.

The streams are:

- http://twitch.tv/riotgames
- http://www.own3d.tv/live/8624

How do i get this to work? :S

It is rather confusing for someone like me.

How can I access my favourite web video/TV site through PMS?

Well i think my problem is i cant get the right MRSS since i got the rest working (i think)

Also when i am trying to install jumpy i get a error that he can't find debug.log
