4:3 Aspect Ratio stream?

Hy!
Im a studend and me and my roommates do not own some fancy 1080p LCD:D
We have some old TV, aspect ratio 4:3....
The quality is OK, but there are black lines on top and bott...so, is there a way to stream movies to PS in 4:3 format instad of 16:9??
