Could not start transcoding...

Hi, i have got the newest tversity install, with the codec pack and the ffdshow

As i try to set up with my ps3, wireless, pc is wired
It all goes fine

I try to play music files, it works fine and is fast

but when i try to play any video file, the ps3 just say "The data is corrupted"
and in the tversity, it said--
Error - Could not start decoding using direct show, aborting...'
Error - Could not start transcoding for file://f:/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
error-Could not start transcoding

i try many files, rmvb, mkv, avi....none of it works....
anyone has this problem before??

you do realise that this is a PS3 Media Server specific forum?
