The exact issue i'm seeing is that when I select a file on my i7 it takes ~30 seconds for it to start playing and once it does start playing it pauses/stutters once every couple seconds. It's extreme stuttering. I've noticed that my Buffer on the i7 never goes above 1MB/s(byte) which is a problem. I can't find out why it is doing that either...
