Hey, had the exact same issue, nothing fixed it. Until I fixed it just now by reading a forum post here:

I just found out about the universalmediaserver program, not sure how the two compare, but when I installed it, same exact issue in THAT program. Doing what they said in that forum post totally fixed it.

Do these 2 things:
Pick your actual network card as well under Force Networking Interface under the General Configuration tab.

Find local IP of your network (usually 192.168.1.whatever)
Type it in under Force IP of the Server under Network Settings (Advanced) under the GENERAL CONFIGURATION tab. Quit, restart. This works for both programs (PMS, and UMS) Happy streaming.
