RAW photo streaming not working

1.72.0 - Still no CR2 raw streaming.

I debugged a little, checked the debug log and tested the dcrawMS.exe command manually on command line, pipeing the output to file. Using the command line visible in the debug log. It is successfully extracting the image metadata from the raw file and it is also creating the thumbnails fine. The thumbnails display fine on PS3. On PS3, if I select the thumbnail and want to view the file, it is telling me that Corrupt data. I also tested that the manually converted jpg file displays fine on PS3. The debug log does not display any errors. Just looks like PMS is not passing the output from dcrawMS.exe to PS3.

Anyway, reverted back to 1.53 where CR2 streaming works.
