Updated to 1.53, can't find media renderer now...

Updated to 1.53, can't find media renderer now... then upgraded to 1.54, same thing. Tried to go back to 1.52.1 but the installer won't finish now... Tried to clean up the registry but can't seem to find all of the entries I guess?

What's going on?

Windows 7 x64
PS3 Slim
Standard wireless network, no fancy stuff.

Also, just got 1.52.1 installed again, now it says no renderer. WTF?

I am having the same problem too. I updated Java too. My PS3 is not even seeing my WMP servers either.

Hy, it's worst for me, i had this message about java runtime 7, i found it on th net and then installed it. Finnaly it works as before, but now i had the message about the more recent version 1.53 ( i was running the 1.52.1). So I installed the lastest. PS3MS doesn'nt want to start since that., I uninstalled it, reboot, ccleanered, installed the older, reboot. Same thing, it's still sleeping in his path... . HELP! What did U hide in this newest version !?
More info I'm on Vista 32b and my PS3 can see my WMP server

PS: the older one still working on my other laptop with 7 32b, i think im not gonna update it for a while....
