Two Different Routers, will PS3MS works

I haven't tested my scenario. Will try after getting home. Meanwhile any input is appreciated

I have Verizon FIOS Router sitting in basement, where my PS3 connected to it wireless. I have another router upstairs using the same FIOS Connection to serve another two levels of my home, Where the computer (PS3MS) Connected wired.

Basement router 198.162.1.1 (PS3 Wireless)
First Level router 198.162.2.1 (Computer with PS3MS Wired)

Will this work?

Or do i need to be under same network in order get the results?

So you have two different network. One network is 192.168.1.0/24 and the other is 192.168.2.0/24. You would have to have a route between the two net to let your PS3 communicate with your PC. If and how you can enter a route, will depend on your routers.
