after this happens, nothing else works on pms. won't play any hd mkv, but regular files seems to be okay.

Actually, I was having same issues as bohorne was having... few posts above mine. So I tried the newest to 1.03, currently on 1.03. But I think I know what is the problem. It's A-Square antiMalware software. They recently had a update on it and every since then, pms hasn't work well and I also found out so hasn't windows media player. Everything was taking forever to load. So once I removed a-square, windows media player is fast again, running like it suppose to be. Haven't checked pms yet, but I will tonight.

yes I was right, it as A-Square AntiMalware causing all the problems. Once I turned antimalware off, pms worked fine.
