Cover art bug?

Has anyone came across any this issue?

I have a couple of films that have a period in the filename.

If I name the coverart with the same name then the coverart doesn't show up.

For example I have the film Babylon A.D.

If the avi and coverart are named Babylon A.D. then the coverart doesn't show, if I remove the periods ( .'s ) for both the avi and coverart (so it's now Babylon AD) the coverart shows up.

Could someone try it out and see if they are having the same issue?

This is starting to bug me having a handful of videos that I know have coverart but they are not being displayed.
