How to watch tv with pms?

I don't think the problem come from the current version of pms, I tried also with 1.40.1 and 1.10.5 but the issue is exactly the same.

Could it be due to that windows media player 11 and K-lite-codec-pack are installed?

They won't work with MEncoder or PMSEncoder in the current version of PMS.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to piece together or set of PMS/MEncoder/PMSEncoder that will work.
You'll need to have some patience, as engine issues can take longer to fix as PMS relies on external engines with different developers.

The WEB.conf TV streams will work again in the next release (with the new default FFMpeg Web Video engine).
