Restoring Default Settings

Lately I've had a bunch of issues with the PMS. For some reason my MKV files A/V sync started to get all messed up. Even though I'm not very tech savy I tried to fix the problem before researching anything. I ended up messing up the settings pretty bad and now when ANY video is played, the playback either stops after 3 mins, jumps around, or plays no sound and freezes.

I want to change the pms settings back to default, but can't seem to find the .conf file anywhere (including my users folder).

If someone could help me out, I'd be very appreciative because this has become quite frustrating.
