new and old ps3 media server PROBLEM

I Have A Problem

I Had Version !.04 But I was Stuppid anof To Instal !.10.5 Or Somthing Like That.
And When I inStalt that version my ps3 is starting to stutter.

Now I have Instalt The Old Version 1.04 And When i PLay A ISO It Good for 5min And Then He Getting A rating Of 34/45 MBPS

And When I select iso and hid transcode it dont show up and langeuge icons and it says unknown subs hmmmmmmm very strance

i have the computer wirred to the router then to the ps3

DivX/Avi I now Playing Normal

please help me
