PMS debug log doesn't show Estimated Network Speed

I have seen a couple post where people have said that they can find their Max Bandwidth values inside their trace logs yet every time I look inside mine, a control F search brings up nothing. So in other words, it isn't telling me mine... I see some other people also have problems trying to find this information, and I would like some help, as stuttering in my videos is really starting to drive me crazy and read that manually putting in your max bandwidth can be a solution. I've seen it in others post written like this:

[New I/0 server worker #1-5] INFO (Insert random time here) Renderer Playstation 3 has an estimated network speed of: ???Mb/s

And the thing is, I didn't experience any lag throughout any of my videos until about an hour in and now it's just lagging all over the place. REALLY FRUSTRATING.

I have the exact same problem and this old post is the only thing I can find in the forums. When searching for an Estimated Network Speed in the INFO and DEBUG trace logs the line is completely gone. Why does everyone else see this line except for me and the OP? Below is just today's INFO trace log. You can see the PS3 is recognized near the bottom of it.
