Videostream stops after a couple of minutes

Version PMS 1.10.51
Engines for Video Files: Memcoder, TsMuxer
Video/audio webstreaming engines: Videolan video/audio streaming

What is not working?
videostreaming of files from internet.
They play with only one stutter in the beginning up till 2, 3 sometimes 4 minutes and then stop.
I noticed that the 'transcoding buffer status' in the status screen is first filling up and then slowly empties till way below minus. Just before it reaches the minus it stops playing the stream.

Any advice?

I think I found what caused the stop, but not sure.
At the time of playing my Cobian Backup and Utorrent apps are running.
I paused them and files ran better, because of the freed bandwidth.
This should be the solution but I'm not convinced yet.
Attached the debug.log from a fresh start without playing a file. Maybe u see a bug in my settings.

After an upgrade of my network, Netgear GS108 and CAT 6 cables, to 1 gigabit, it seems that the problem is solved.
Still testing with different settings in PS3MS 1.10.618.
I also stop the backup and dl if I want to watch a stream.
