Impossible to get sync from any .iso or .video_ts

I've followed the tips stating;
NOT using A/V sync alternate method.
NOT using the 29,xx FPS fix
Added the -mc 0.005 to custom options,

Any .iso or ripped dvd ( /video_ts ) are completly out of sync, we're talking somthing
like 1/2 min or so, regardless of which files I test.

I can't tell exactly when this started happening, I've been updating continuosly with all the
beta builds. I do know that once upon a time, it did work....
Anyone with any ideas about this ? PAL / NTSC related maybe ?
